This husband and wife team: Wayne and Theresa White, daughters Regan, Hannah and staff will work with you to design and execute the event menu that you have envisioned.
Chef Wayne is a certified Red Seal chef and oversees all of the food preperation of every event to ensure consistent quality.
T&W Catering has been Featured on the Food Network with Chef Micheal Smith on "Chef at Large", in 2004. T&W Catering has also been involved in many community fundraisers such as; Yarmouth Hospital Foundation Spring Gala, Jody Shelly Golf for Health, J-Strong Golf, Wedgeport Tuna Tournement, and Chick with Sticks to name a few.
In 2012 Theresa and Wayne purchased the former "Westleyn" Church in Sandford, NS. This property has a Banquet Hall with an ocean view and a guest capacity of up to 110.

Theresa graduated with honours in Hotel/Motel Resturant Managment from NSCC in Akerley in 1993. After working in the industry for 4 years, T&W Catering became her fulltime job. Theresa enjoys volenteering in the community, loves to bake and travel."We love to travel and bring home new flavors and ideas to our catering business".
Wayne graduated with honours in culinary from NSCC in Middleton in 1992. After working in several resturants and taking upgraded courses, he received his "Red Seal" in 1996. In 1996 this Husband and Wife team started their own business T&W Catering. Wayne also enjoys smoking meats, utilizing "old time" recepies and maple syrup production.
